Remote
camp fishing is all about getting away from the crowds.
When you get off the beaten track to waters that are
seldom fished you are almost guaranteed some exciting
fishing.
You will fish the biggest estuary system along the
Northern Territory coast. This system produces excellent
lure fishing with over 30 recorded species being caught.
Location
Arnhemland, Endyalgout Island and Mini Mini Creek System
Getting there
A 50 minute flight from Darwin and you will be greeted
with the sight of a maze of mangrove lined estuaries
and several islands. Your aircraft will land on one
of these islands and then it’s just a five minute
walk to your accommodation.
The Camp
Permanent fan cooled tropical friendly tents with
comfortable bedding, designed to catch the sea breezes
will ensure a good nights sleep after a hard days
fishing and a meal of Barra and mud crabs. Fresh water
showers and septic toilets are a welcomed luxury for
a remote camp.
Meals
The camp has a large kitchen/dining area with fans,
240 volt power supply, ample fridges and freezers. Just
because you are in the middle of no where doesn't mean
you have to miss out on a good feed, Mud Crab and Barra
are always on offer and you will also be pleased with
great BBQ meals and roast dinners.
