COMPETITION CONDITIONS

1. Winner will be drawn at random from all entries received.
2. Winners will be notified by email.
3. By entering this competition you agree that if drawn as a winning entry your name may be used for publicity purposes by Fish The Top End.
4. Winners must respond to the email informing them of their prize within one month of it being sent, or another winner will be drawn in their place.
5. Prizes are not transferable for cash.
6. Prize must be taken by 30 June 05.
7. Whilst the prize winner will be consulted, the location and timing of trip is at the discretion of Fish The Top End.
8. Fish The Top End does not accept liability for lost, damaged, or otherwise invalidated entries.
9. Entry into the competition shall be deemed acceptance of these conditions.
10. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Details of the winner will be published in the newsletter.
